For a $300 Consultation Fee, we will help you provide your clients with a written plan to organize and simplify their home in preparation for being placed on the market. We will start from the front and suggest ways to increase Curb Appeal. We will then move through each room in the home with ideas and suggestions to maximize the appeal of the home by de-cluttering and stream-lining each area. Let us help you and your clients receive top dollar for their home as well as a timely sale. 

If your client chooses to let us execute the organizing plan we will credit the $300 consultation fee to the final bill. Our regular rates will apply at the $150 per hour for 2 professional organizers.
